      I'm new:) Good ways to start me off lucid dreaming??

      I just need to have a few basic ideas and techniques to help me lucid dream any time soon, if anyone can help, thankyou

      The most effective technique is ADA in my opinion. You can find a tutorial on it @ the forum 'Attaining Lucidity' (tutorial made by KingYoshi)

      Give it a few tries You might find it easier than most, but if you have trouble doing it I suggest you try the other ones for now. Good luck!
