Where exactly do I start the road to having lucid dreams, I have read about them, and they sound amazing, I'd like to try it, from what I understand it takes quite a while for someone to have their first dream, but I don't understand where I'm supposed to start. |

Eh, I much rather prefer BillyBob's and Mzzkc's tutorials. >.> TBH, I'm not a fan of Puffin's vendetta against RC's. |

If you don't want to buy a journal, you can always just grab a sheet of looseleaf and a pen, and record the dreams you have that way. Your recall's best right when you wake up, so just relax in bed for a few moments and see if you can remember anything substantial. Write it all down. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

So what I understand as of now, is basically, in my life a few times a day, just look around, and question everything, is everything normal? Is it distorted? I need to keep a dream journal so I can start remembering more dreams (I don't remember them very often), perform a reality check every time I wake up and go to sleep, and do the digital clock reality check anytime I see one. |
