i can not full understand the difference between oobe ld and ap ?
is this different ? or everything is the same ?

are there some creatures in Astral world or it is just only subconscious ?

this is almost like WILD.
If i dont want to go to AP how toavoid doing some mistake ?

if astral world is not subconscious world , how to avoid exiting into it and concentrate only on ld ?
