Hi there. I am having issues lucid dreaming. I need help with techniques or anything, really. A little info you may want to know...

I am 18. I normally go to bed between 1Am and 4AM and wake up at 12AM. I can change this because I take classes online and can do them any time of day.

I thought I was a hard sleeper but in my last 4 Lucid Dream attempts, I have woken up several times. Excitement maybe?

I noramlly sleep on my tummy, sometimes side, because I have lower back pain.

I have trouble remembering dreams. I have only remembered 2 dreams in the last 2 months. As far as my conscious mind is concerned, I don't dream (obviously I do or I would be crazy).

I have tried 4 different times and with a little bit of different techniques. (Always WILD) I have fallen asleep and slept the rest of the night or fallen asleep and continued waking up all night for all 4.

I tried Adam's tutorial as well as trying math problems to keep my logical part of my brain functioning. I have tried going to bed for 5-6 hours and then either the WBTB method or the have-caffeine-and-stay-up-a-hour-before-more-sleep method.

I am pretty set on doing this. Normally I wouldn't be so hard core about it but I have some pretty serious health issues that I am hoping to deal with there? I have been through Mayo Clinic for 2 years for various severe autoimmune symptoms. They say they have never seen them happen with such severe length or intensity by themselves, let alone in unison. One doctor suggested that it began as an auto immune issue and then my mind basically freaked out and started subconsciously attacking my body? So anyways, that is why I am so very much hoping to succeed at this.

Let me know if you need more. I have even been keeping a journal in the form of the scientific method and data. I cant begin how to explain my appreciation for your help!
