I suppose you mean here on the forum? That's a staff member who's here to help, whether with general forum questions or anything dream related |

Okay, I see, thanks! I've got a question, when I do a WBTB WILD, I am never sure if I should get up, or just stay in bed, and immediately try it. If I get up, then I have trouble getting asleep, and if I don't, then I have trouble staying aware. Also, is it possible to have a NREM WILD? Thanks! |

WBTB helps having an ld by both putting the mind and the body in the right state. For the mind, we use the time to focus it on achieving lucidity via various induction methods. |

Okay, thanks! I usually don't get up at all when doing a WILD, and thus loose awareness super quick, like in 10 seconds, however, last night I tried getting up, going to the bathroom, setting my alarm, and then trying a WILD, it all took about a minute to do, but I couldn't fall asleep then. It is not like a problem of falling asleep though, but of maintaining awareness, as after about 20 minutes I realized the WILD wasn't going to work, and relapsed into a CILD, where I fell asleep in about 20 seconds. It seems that when doing a WILD, I do something that makes it so I can't fall asleep, but I can't figure out what that might be. |
