Short-term Goals
-Noticing when I wake up in the night.
-Doing at least 1 RC every hour.
-Start experiencing again those crazy and vivid dreams I had not much ago.
Long-Term Goals
-Obviously making the lucid state my default dreaming state.
-Personal developement.
-Building my own universe, with It's own rules.
Lucid/Dream Recall History
-More than 10 LD(not long at all), when I started like 2 years ago.
-Dream recall: 1 to 2 dreams every night.

-Meditating 20 minutes every day.

Sleep schedule
0:00 to 4:30 --> Sleep.
4:30 to 5:00 --> WBTB (Dream journal, and after that, SSILD).
5:00 to 7:00 --> Sleep.
7:00 to 7:30 --> Dream journal.
Things to do when I become lucid
-Being present/awareness in the dream, just walk and enjoy.
