Good day,
I've been into LDs for more then a year now, although I never worked on it as much as now. I never had a LD, but I'm keeping a dream journal for a month or two, I started doing reality checks last week, and I started going to bed earlier because I have a hard time falling asleep.
Reality Checks:
- Looking at my hands and asking myself where I have been before and how I came here
Dream Signs:
- Cacti
- Foggy weather
Short-Term Goals:
- Have a lucid dream (xd) [Done]
- Stabilize my sleep pattern [Done]
- Talking to my subconscious
- Listening to dream music
Long-Term Goals:
- Having at least a few LDs per week
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- I remember my dreams very good, they seem vivid. The problem is that for some reason, many times the story of my dream doesn't make any sense, so it's sometimes hard for me to remember it.
- Update: My recall sucks. I must work on it.
