Hi! I am very excited to really begin my lucid dreaming experience with the workbook. I find that in order for me to keep motivated I need to see some form of results and this workbook will really help me with that. Lucid dreaming just sounds like one of the most amazing things you can do and to be able to do anything you want? I don't know one person who wouldn't want to do that!

Reality Checks:
- Nose Pinch
- Taking my glasses off(I can barely see in real life without them)

Dream Signs:
- An island my family goes to every summer
- My first dog
- My closest friends

Short-Term Goals:
- Have 5 LDs that last longer than a minute by New Year's
- Be able to get rid of the "voice inside my head" during WBTB.

Long-Term Goals:
- Fly
- Talk to my dog
- Talk to my dead grandpa
- Talk to my subconscious

Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- 3 "lucid" dreams (I put the quotations because they were all like 1-5 seconds long.)
- I can usually remember 2-3 dreams a night.

Current Technique:
- SSILD (I set my alarm for 5 hours I fall asleep then do the SSILD cycles and hope for a DILD.)
