Congratulations!! Nice job hitting that LD so soon after starting up with class. Do you have any sense of how you became lucid? Anything like a feeling of general suspicion, a reality check, that kind of thing? Try to remember everything you can about what worked and it'll help you start to get a sense of your personal LD style.

No worries on flowing with the dream plot a bit and forgetting your dream goals. That can actually be a difficult thing to do sometimes without losing lucidity, so kudos to you for staying lucid even while following the currents of the dream. So what are some of your short-term goals? (I noticed that one was having an LD > 1 minutes, which you surely accomplished with this one.)

If you can think of some potential LD activity that really excites you, do everything you can to remember it. This workbook's a great place to write that sort of thing down. I think that it's a good idea to always have 1 or 2 cool, very specific dream goals in mind. If you can fall asleep thinking about and imagining yourself doing that activity, I find that it becomes much easier to remember what you had in mind. Memories from waking life don't always cross over to a lucid dream as readily as we might like, but I find that I can much more easily reach thoughts that were on my mind right before bed.

Very nice work!
