Hey there! Hope you're having some luck with your short term goals. I have to say you've chosen some excellent ones; a lot of people really underestimate the impact a steady sleep schedule can have on your dreams. Glad to see that you're working on that! |

oh god the past two weeks have been the busiest i've had this year, a friend from abroad came to visit and "surprisingly" took a lot of my time so didn't have the chance to fix my sleeping pattern which kind of sabotaged my lucid dreaming training... i think. |

Sorry you've been so busy lately, I'm with you on that one. But that's good that you are keeping up with your journal. I find I have more lucid luck if I write in my journal every day, even when my sleep and recall are on the low side. In fact I have a fragment to record right now. |
