Congratulations, Mr. SterlingCooperDraperPryce! I hope that you understand how well you're doing. If only I were cursed with nights with "only 2 that were lucid"!

My biggest piece of advice would be to try to focus on what you do want rather than on preventing what you don't want. Don't think too much about your sleeping body, at least not at first. Instead, get drawn into your dream scene and dream body. Rub your hands together over each other and your forearms. Look close-up at your hands and other objects in the dream scene, marveling at how detailed they are.

For dream control, my general advice is remarkably similar. You have to keep doubt and distraction from your mind. I find that the best way to do this is to think in detail about what you want to happen. Timidly hoping that you'll fly, for example, isn't quite enough. Focusing on where you want to fly to, the lightness of your body, the feel of the wind brushing past your body as you soar... the more of these sorts of details that you try to create, the more of your mental energy gets poured into what you're trying to make happen.

You're doing great! The best way to improve lucid dreaming stability and control is to simply spend more time in lucid dreams. And with you getting two in one night... well, it's hard to do much better than that!
