Velinxs beat me to it, I was going to tell you to meditate and think positive. This is not just a belief, there are whole books written that show positive thinking to actually work.

What I recommend is that you should, on a daily basis, sit down, relax for a few minutes and then start saying in a slow tone, "It will be gone" and believe it, say it for around 15 minutes or more if you like. You dont have to say the above if you dont want to, you can say whatever you think will help you be at peace.
