That happens now and then. I say don't fight it, if you need to take a nap while lucid, go for it. I've done it before. The dream within a dream stuff can be interesting. |

Hey everybody, how's it going? I'm new here but I've had 2 lucid dreams before (one where I got so excited I woke up and the other was a full length vivid lucid dream). My problem is after I was lucid dreaming for quite sometime I started getting sooo tired. Like really exhausted to where even in my dream I was fighting off sleep like you were in a board meeting for several hours after a big lunch. |

I was actually joking about that but that's interesting haha. I'll give it a shot when it happens again. Appreciate the quick response. |

i had the occasionally insanely long lucid dream where i thought to myself in my dream, shit i should stop being lucid soon im actually nakered ( and me sitting there feeling like iv been lucid dreaming for the past several hours although it was proberly not long at all. ) but yeah, i do get tired in lucid dreams lol. |

you feel tired because when you lucid dream your using conscious energy. which means that your mind isnt actually sleeping. so when you lucid dream, you lose sleep. make any sense...? |

welcome to the new forums.
adapt or die!
ADAPT OR DIIIEEEE!!!!!
Yeah I completely understand.. That's kind of what I was eluding at with my first post if Lucid dreaming does take away from the regeneration your body is accomplishing as you sleep. Although Lucid Dreaming has been an experience so far that are indescribable in words it's still counter productive in that aspect I'm guessing? |
