Unfortunately, I don't have great control over my dreams yet, but I have a lot of hope that I can use it for therapeutic purposes in the future. However, I guess I even use my nonlucids for therapeutic reasons... often times when I'm indecisive about a big decision coming up, I reassure myself that a dream will give me the answer. It usually helps! Also, the other night in a lucid I had a dilemma about a certain person... so I decided that I would find a book that would give me advice about it. I found one, et viola! What would usually be senseless wording in dreams, was actually coherent advice. I guess that this isn't very systematic, but I think it is still in its own way a therapeutic approach.
