      WBTB Technique question

      I am going to try the WBTB technique today, but I'm having a problem to decide which one is better.

      Which technique should I use:

      1. Wake up after 4-6 hours of sleep, be awake for 30-60 minutes, and sleep again.

      or this one:


      2. Wake up 1 hour before your normal waking hour, be awake for 1 hour, and sleep again.

      In my experience, # 2 is better, but it might be different for you.

      The standard, original, WBTB is #1. Since its creation though its gone under many iterations, mostly dependent on the person. Try both. No one can objectively tell you what method will work best for you.
