Ok on the very first page it says that you shouldn't use this to get away from reality (Even though hypotheticly this could just be ANOTHER DREAM!!! =P ok enough conspericy theorys) and that you should only sleep about 7-8 hours a day. Now what if your a teen (In my case a 15 year old math nerd ) its saturday and you sleep for like 12 hours, and you lucid dream through that time. Would that be an issue? Mostly because I sleep about 10 hours through the weekends, and I was wondering if it might be an issue. There has been times where i've been really hyped up on going to sleep to see what my next dream would be, and it would be fun. My main question is "If im not forcing myself to sleep the 10 hours and maybe even 12 hours, is it me escaping from reality?"
