People say that MILD involves setting the intention to perform a RC or gain consciousness while dreaming. However, I was wondering if it’s possible to have a specific "anchor" to help you remember to do an RC like something that appears in all of your dreams. For me, I’ve chosen people as my anchor. I tell myself "Next time I see someone, I’ll do an RC," because I CAN'T realize when I’m dreaming, and people are present in all my dreams.

MILD hasn’t worked for me because I never know when I’m dreaming. People often say, "Next time I dream, I’ll do an RC," but if you already know you’re dreaming, you don’t need to do an RC, right?

Since i choose an "MILD anchor", MILD started to work for me, then, i started to believe that are anchors to MILD

Can someone explain if there are actual anchors for MILD like this? Even if you disagree, you're invited to discuss too
