Are you able to intentionally incubate a non-lucid dream where you notice your body? How about one where you notice your arm, or your hand, or your finger, or your fingernail, or the fingernail of the pinkie finger of your right hand? I imagine that if we intentionally incubated a dream where we noticed the tip of the fingernail of the pinkie finger of our right hand, we would have a good chance of becoming lucid during that dream. Maybe we could work on being able to intentionally incubate a non-lucid dream about noticing more a specific part of our body to increase our chance of lucidity. |

Focus on Relaxation First (Hybrid Approach) |
|
It's common for people to struggle with focusing on specific techniques, especially when trying to achieve lucid dreams. The mind can wander, and thoughts can race, making it difficult to maintain a consistent focus. Oh special tips for MILD: you can set a reminder throughout the day to ask yourself "Am I dreaming?" and try to visual yourself having a lucid dream. Hope this helps! |
