That’s quite strange. I did have a series of nightmares as a child where this did happen. It was also accompanied by a heavy feeling that meant I could only move my body in slow motion. I now look back at those experiences and wonder if it was a very subtle noticing of my bodies sleep paralysis from within the dream which created slow movement and an inability to open my eyes. |

Yes, I had that and alll kinds of variations of not being able to move, see etc. It is self reinforcing based on expectation and it happening before. You just need to realise that as we can dream through any sense we can also dream up such things just as you can dream up a memory. I personally like to run my hands to heighten the senses, be patient and allow the situation to resolve etc. |

akay thx for that answer, i'll work on my expectation and try the other thing, i already have make some improvement expectation for dream control but not enought apparently ! |

I hate when that happens! I usually peel them open with my dream hands. |
