I recently obtained a Fitbit and it has a feature that tracks your sleep stages throughout the night. I thought the graphs were interesting, so I thought I'd post them to get some opinions on the accuracy of them as well as stimulate some discussion on how the advent of new and more readily accessible technologies can positively or negatively affect lucid dreaming. What I've been considering doing is using this predict a R.E.M. period and set an alarm to wake me just before it occurs so I can be more efficient in my lucid dreaming practices. |
