It looks like old posts can't be edited, I'd add that in 2022 a new edition of The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep was published, and it is well worth acquiring this new version. The practices and indeed a great deal of the dream yoga section have been updated to reflect the author's 30+-year experience in teaching dream yoga. Many practices and descriptions have been simplified, it feels even more approachable for Westerners now. The Sleep yoga portion of the book hasn't been touched except to fix typos. |
