Hello,
So I could really use some help with my dream recall.
Yes, I do keep a DJ, mantras however dont work for me, whenever I set an intention before sleep, even if I repeat the mantra until I fall asleep, It still does not help.
I remember about 1 dream every 2-3 days, sometimes I have 1 dream each night for a few days. So its very inconsistent. Is there any way for me to improve that? Since the DJ alone doesnt really do much for me.
On a side note, I suffer from a genetic chronic depression but I DO NOT take any medication, if that could have any impact on recall.
Please help. Oh and please dont go with something like "try to motivate yourself for it" because that doesnt work with my depression
