It doesnt seem like you where In REM, it occurs 80-90 minutes after you fall asleep and by the sound of it, it doesn't sound like your body was asleep if you where moving about. You where more than likely in the Hynogogic state. |

Yesterday i was almost on wild i think, i go to bet at about 23:30 i put my hands top of my head and relax my body for about 15 20 mins, then i put my hands down and relax for more 15 20 mins and then i lay down on the side and after about 10mins more or less i dont remember good i start feel weird thinks like vibration but not very big, and at that moment i should transiton to a dream, i saw a dark but different dark, like with a little mini objects stars or smth like that with a lot of stars. At that moment i forget what to do when u try to transition to a dream, and i start thinking what to think and it was over..i was out of rem.. |

Sleep
Dream
Practice
Repeat
It is really rare, practically impossible (under normal circumstances) to get a WILD without any prior sleep, when you go first time to sleep at night. It is explained here http://www.dreamviews.com/general-lu...ml#post2190317 |

I haven't experienced it myself, but I remember few people telling that they have WILDed into an "empty dream" right after going to sleep. They said it was completely dark and that they were in "nowhere", but also not in their beds anymore. Idk if the stories were legit but sure sounds interesting. |
