Thread: DreamViews Buddy Program - December 2015

It’s Christmas season! Time for hot chocolate, fireplaces, snow angels, school breaks, parents wishing their kids weren’t on school breaks, 20 different types of eggnog, and Christmas lights that get left up until February. So in the spirit of Christmas, this month’s buddy announcement will be set to the tune of 12 Days of Christmas. And because 4 works better than 6 for the sake of this overarching joke, we’ll say it’s still November 4th and start with…

On the fourth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me…

Four pairs of buddies, in no particular order:

• RebelSeven and jzinser
• m4ra and Qbifree
• Ajanime22 and littlepooky04
• signet and dollarway64

Three pairs of questions that you can ask each other to break the ice that isn’t already being broken by climate change and polar bears drinking Coca-Cola.

• What was your favorite dream ever? How about your worst nightmare?
• What was the earliest dream you remember?
• What are some of your current dream goals?
• What’s the best present you ever got for Christmas? And the worst?
• Do you prefer being really hot or really cold? Why?
• And finally, complete this sentence: All I want for Christmas is...

Two (sets of 4) buddy tasks that you can try out, and report your successes and failures in this thread.

Beginner

• Report your dreams each night to your buddy, even if you only remember small fragments (just the action of doing this can help improve your recall).
• Have your buddy appear in a dream of yours.

Intermediate

• Report at least one dream per night to your buddy.
• Summon your buddy in a lucid.
• Snowball fight? Snowball fight.

Expert

• Report at least two dreams per night to your buddy.
• Exchange presents with your buddy. Describe what you got, and what you gave them.
• Stay up all night with your buddy, and try to kidnap Santa when he comes down the chimney.

And a signature to copy and paaaaaaste. Just be sure to replace the “BUDDY NAME HERE” with your actual buddy’s name.
