Hello! It's been a while since I last posted. Anyways, I have a concern and question. Right now, I've been very busy with college and work. To the point where, at the most, I get only 4 hours of sleep. Maybe even less The reason why is because my family is suffering from lack of income. And so I have to work to help support everyone. The only time I get enough sleep is on Saturday nights. So my question is, since lucid dreaming is usually best when one gets enough sleep, how can I get lucid with such little sleep? I really want to become lucid. But it seems so hard with my schedule. I heard of REM rebound. And maybe I can use that as an advantage for the nights I do get enough sleep. Can any of you guys suggest to me a technique or even just give me general tips?
