anyone ever just randomly go into SP?

The other night i was trying To WILD right when went to bed and after a little bit i didnt experience SP (its rare that i do) and assumed that i fell alseep but my mind must have still been awake just a little bit and i didnt know it (?) because all of a sudden i get this feeling like i get sucked into a wormhole and next thing you know my mind is wide awake and i feel vibrations all over my body like im having a siezure and it lasted a few minutes. I dont remember anything after that. i tried to begin a dream but couldnt.

Did you get some prior sleep before attempting WILD? Or just tried it the time you normally go to sleep?

As for randomly getting into SP, I don't. I only remember experiencing it once, and it was really blurry but I knew how to get out of it.

Some things may have gone wrong with your attempt. You may have been excited or nervous when you were getting sucked in. I don't know.

I just tried it right as i went to sleep. I had been somewhat successful once before.

In general, it is significantly easier to WILD once you have prior sleep, and this includes afternoon naps. If you read Mzzkc's Guide on WILD, you can see that there are much more pros to WILD-ing when you have gotten a couple of hours of sleep beforehand.

Then again, lucid induction techniques are always dependent on the person. If you've had success with this before and think you could do it again, then by all means go ahead.
