You may want to switch to focusing on a shorter, statement-based mantra like "I'm dreaming."

What's your recall like now? Do you notice your wakings during the night or only the last one in morning?

One thing many very successful, frequent LDers have is confidence, and a positive attitude, especially towards dreaming.

There are not really all that many dreamers with the super-high LD frequencies, and they also as a group tend to have been in serious lucid dreaming practice for many years, or have at least been very in touch with their dreaming (via recall, incubation) for many years before starting LD practice (so in effect, were "training" for lucid dreaming before they knew about it).

The other major trait shared by very frequent LDers is determination and will -- they never quit.

So if you want to dream like the best, do as they do: cultivate confidence, a positive outlook on life, cultivate self-awareness and minfdulness at all times, painstakingly self-analyze your progress, constantly set aggressive but reachable goals, and never give up.
