Try 4 hours, not 5. SSILD technique helps me fall quickly back to sleep. |

I seem to struggle to sleep when doing mild, but just make sure your really tired. Do mild for a bit then just do a mantra. |

No, that is a DV misconception. If you read LaBerge's description of MILD, you'll realize it's not the same. MILD is substantially more complicated than just repeating a mantra. |

Might I suggest a supplement? Melatonin works magic for me, but take it at the beginning of the night |

Hah, you see, you learn new things every day, even me. |

The egg is the world.
Who would to be born must first destroy a world.
It usually takes me an hour or more to fall asleep, which can make wb2b a problem, especially when I can't get back to sleep again. After trial and error I now set my alarm at 5am for mornings when I don't need to be up early, fall asleep around 6 and hopefully LD, and then get up about 8.30 without feeling dead for the rest of the day! |
