I agree with OUB (can I do this, 1^? ) ; I normally write my goals down the night before I plan to be lucid, as well as practicing becoming lucid during the day. As for forgetting the reality checks, it may be that you are super excited to have become lucid, which will make it difficult to remember what you wanted to do while awake, much less when you're asleep and dreaming And remember, if you are already lucid, you don't really need a reality check
