I am currently confused about mantras and when to use them. Right now I am doing the MILD technique and I'm not sure when I'm supposed to repeat my mantra. I know that you are supposed to repeat it before you fall asleep but I'm not sure when else. The tutorial just gave a couple of examples. Right now what I do is count my fingers for a reality check then say in my head depending if I'm I say "I am not dreaming, I want to do think while I am dreaming." (Keep in mind that I usually do this while I'm awake) ("I want to do this while I'm dreaming" is also my mantra) Other then that I am confused when I'm supposed to say it. |
