It's quite possible. I have ADHD too, and so does my brother. We're pretty sure my mother and my grandma might as well. Another friend of mine isn't sure, but thinks she might have ADHD too.

All of us get sleep paralysis often and have natural lucid dreams.

I think it mostly has to do with how ADHD affects the sleep pattern. People with ADHD have a harder time going to bed on time and getting enough sleep. This sleep deprivation can cause sleep paralysis and REM rebound, which means it's more common to gain lucidity during dreams.

I may be a natural lucid dreamer but I still have so much to work on. Such as my fear when paralyzed and encouraging myself to explore my dream while lucid more. I know there are some "natural lucid dreamers" that have way much control than I do. So I suppose there's a difference between "being naturally good at control" and "naturally inducing lucid dreams".
