I think I may have had a Type 2 false awakening dream just now. The first of any type of false awakening dream I can remember. I also had my first lucid dream only 2 days ago. Woke up almost instantly but sure I was lucid.
In the dream I thought I woke up in my bed in my room but heard strange noises outside it. Was feeling really drowsy so was crawling to get out of my bed, on the floor which was wet and there was a sense of terror and suspense.
Since Type 2's are more rare than Type 1, and since I am currently training myself to achieve lucidity can I take this dream as a sign that my consciousness somehow adjusting to accepting more lucidity? Or some other significance it may have?
