So I've found that when I dream 30% of the time I see through my eyes but the other 70% I see the whole scene with me in it. Kinda like I'm out of my body just watching the dream unfold. What's happening?! |

im not a expert on this...but i think that is just you seeing your dreams into a 3rd person perspective...OBE its more you feeling yourself geting out of your body and seeing your physycal body on the physical world and had the conciousness of that, i guess...but im newbie, i might be wrong.. |

Think of your dreams like being in a video game. In first person view, you're seeing everything as you would in real life, through your eyes. In third person view you're just looking at everything from a different perspective. In other words, you can still press the B button to jump, you just see it differently. OBEs generally imply not being able to control your body, with the feeling that your mind or soul is leaving your physical self. So in an OBE, you can no longer hit the B button and see your character jump. Get it? |
