I think something that may help you slightly is to go with the flow of the dream instead of fighting it. For example, when you directly tried to go against the guy telling you that you can't control the dream it didn't work. Maybe if you went more with the flow and say, pulled a control boosting device out of your pocket it might go better for you since you're not directly fighting the dream to get what you want. There are many many ways to do what you like in lucid dreams, it's just taking a moment to think of which one will flow the easiest with the current surroundings.

I tried and worked but i ruined it by my intention to have sex so stupid.

I think thats my problem ! Yesterday i went with the flow without doing any dream stablelazaion nothing happened. As things calmed down i started to look someone decent to have sex but everyone turned ugly. I said command blond, brunette, prettier they work but only the ugly ones wanted to have sex. I give up on the sex and save it for real life it always ruins my lucid dreams. As soon as i become lucid i start running and looking for someone to have sex and subconsciouss block it.

Also really weird thing happened i had the most realistic dream(Every character acted so real) then a character came and asked me what is your earliest memory? Maybe trying to tell me something. My subconsiouss is so interresting i have so many meaningful dreams even if it weird.
