It's ok to use a reminder, or two. At least from the beginning. Later, when you get used to RCing, you can stup reminding yourself. But sometimes even just the act of setting yourself a reminder will help you remember.
Other than that, keep practicing and KNOW, that you can have LD at any moment. Happy dreams
