Nobody here talks about RC spamming. Because we know, that it's not the RC that gets us lucid, but the awareness question you ask before you RC. The questioning of your reality. And if you believe that RC will work when you do it in daytime, that's a great tool once you get a hint of awareness in a dream.

Ah, sounds like you meant "stopping whatever you doing and then questioning your surroundings (thinking)". Now that makes sense.
