Thread: What is the weirdest Reality Check moment you've had in Waking Life?

I don't know if there's a topic like this already, but if not:
Whats the weirdest Reality Check moment you've had in Waking Life?
What i mean by that is, has something ever happened while your awake that is completely and utterly bizarre, so bizarre you instantly think you are dreaming, but it turns out you aren't?
My example is: Today after basketball training I got in the car, sat down but felt something squishy underneath me, I took it out and it turns out it is a fruit loaf that my mum had got earlier that day from someone. I then did the palm and nose RC's, and the nose one gave me a blood nose, and a big one at that, so all in all it was a pretty weird moment.
So do you think you can beat that? I'm interested in your stories, so if you like post them below.

Once catching public transport on my way home from work a middle age lady started talking to me about how she's addicted to World of Warcraft and it's tearing her marriage and family apart. It was so surreal because she approached me out of nowhere and had the same disregard for social conventions my DC's seem to have. I tried to discreetly do a couple of reality checks while she was talking to see if I was actually dreaming, but unfortunately I wasn't able to fly away from that conversation.

Once i drove home from school with my bike, when i suddenly had to dodge a reaaally big salmon which just lied there on the ground, for no reason. It was really weird, and suddenly I had this complete feeling of clarity that I usually get when a LD starts, so i was practically sure that I was dreaming. I did the nose RC though, just to check it, and it turns out that it was reality and just really, really weird.

Well I once sat down on a bench in a park and a old lady with a weirdd face came up next to me and I did the nose RC,I think she felt bad because i did that RC,since She though I grabbed my nose because she smells bad.. Yeahh :/ She then looked weird at me and then she gone to another bench.Looks like it was reality though

My mouse mat had water seeping out of it, I was like hold it, did an RC and nope, I actually got excited for a second, turns out my cup had a very slow leak in it.

This one is a weird and long story, here is it shortly + the dream part.
We gathered at my home and started drinking, after that we left to a park because we had to, sat down to a bench and tried to light up a narghile's (dictionary wrote narghile) coal, but we ran out of matches, so one (there were 3 of us) decided to go to a nearby bar for a lighter. He didn't return in 20-30 mins, we went there and the bar was closed, he was nowhere. We started to panic, and search him wherever we could, and at that part I totally thought I'm in a dream as such thing can't just happen that he gets lost without any sign (he left his phone at us for a reason, that also made me think it's a dream), and I did RCs for like 5 mins, it even started raining and lightning when I did it, but it wasn't a dream.

Later he called us, he really made it to the bar, but there he stopped and drank at least 1 L beer, he said he can't remember more, and then he ended up somehow at my friend's house (after getting lost somewhere), where my friend's dad let him in (in a single underwear!!), there he called us and we went over. Crazy night, what can I say
