Yeah I think they're just like projections from people you don't even know in reality. Like when you walk on the street in real life you probably won't remember the by passers faces neither after a while. They just populate your dreams, some people maybe won't have projections at all if they feel lonely in the real world. So my theory is pretty much the same as TheBigZ's. |

They sound convincing answers. You do remember key people, but not others. I would imagine that that's fairly typical. However, now that you've recognised this you might try to make more of an effort to record whatever details about people you can in your dream journal - no doubt that will improve your recall. The most likely cause is that you're dreaming with people you don't know, thus possessing no clear identity in form of a name when you wake up. It's not always easy to recall a ordinary person's face in dreams. You can always work a bit harder with your dream journal and dream recall to help you become more aware of who you are talking to. |
