Really bizarre experiences during dreaming loud noises, dark figures etc.

I'm not sure if this post is appropriate to this thread but anyways my name Is Pisarian I'm 17 and I just joined this forum to share what I've experienced these past 2 weeks. The past Tuesdays around the same time I've encoutered these bizarre experiences while dreaming.

So I've experienced lately the most crazy thing ever in my life, so I fell asleep then I had a really bad nightmare, I woke up from it but I was still asleep. I couldn't move at all then all of a sudden I hear this weird buzzing noise coming closer and closer to my ears, while I'm stuck staring at my bedroom wall while laying on my back unable to move. I panic trying to make myself move but then I realize it's still a dream and I let myself go with it accepting the fear and just letting it happen and then I'm finally able to move. The buzzing noise vanishes I stand up from my bed thinking I'm awake and my mind was just messing with me and then all of sudden I wake up again.

I'm laying on my stomach thinking didn't I just stand up from my bed? It was so vivid and was so realistic, it happened again but this time just worse. Instead of a damn buzzing noise this dark figure holds me down and I realize that it's happening again, I accept the fear and I can move again rather then waking up again quickly after I'm able to move I get angry, I get really angry and try to choke the object that held me down, I get close enough to the figure and then this flash passes by my eyes and boom I'm awake again. Like seriously what the hell? Anybody else experience something similar?

Yes. This is the strange world of sleep paralysis and false awakenings. They are appearing very strange and somewhat frightening because of your attitude towards it. It is actually a very remarkable opportunity and can be extremely pleasant, if not overwhelmingly blissful. If you just relax, have a smiling attitude, as if you are at the carnival or fair and going on the roller coaster. The buzzing and the sounds and energy and vibrations are part of the ride.

The first experiences of this usually take people by surprise and scare the shit out of people. But I have been in blissful states allowing all sensations to evaporate as they appear. I have gone on rides through wormholes in space. You just need to feel comfortable giving up control. It is a ride. Don't resist it. Just have a happy attitude and you will have a great time. You will learn to enter dreams from there and OBEs.

False awakenings are crazy things. They often sneak up on me.

Ah I see! Thank you for the information, If this happens again I'll try to be calm about it and see what the ride takes me. Crazy how the mind works.

      Yo.
Sounds like two false awakenings in a row, i had five of those in a row once, they are great opportunity for getting lucid and can indeed catch by surprise. They are pretty normal experience, especially for WILD'ers like myself.

Make sure to do a reality check every time you wake up.

      Yup - that's sleep paralysis.

About a year ago I got into the habit of waking up early, meditating and napping mid-morning. During that nap on several occasions I woke up with my body all buzzing and then I felt someone grab my feet and pull really hard. The next thing it felt like I was jerked out of my body amidst loud roaring sounds. A second later I found myself standing in my room lucid dreaming in dead silence. Fortunately, I kind of knew what this all was so I wasn't that freaked out but I was surprised just how real it felt. Those hands; so, so real...

The only time I heard a buzzing noise was when I was trying a DEILD and I realized I was LDing. It was petty brief. I woke up from it shortly, but anything aside from that didn't seem unusual.
