Im trying for few months to LD (im not kind of writingInForum member). Im using an iphone app, which collects data while I sleep and I now know that im in first REM phase lets say about 4 hours of deep sleep and it lasts for hour (app on iphone says in graph that im near to awake in that phase). For few weeks im trying to wake up nearly at this time (right before rem starts) and only simetimes i wake up for more than just to turn off alarm. So my sleep phases look every day cca the same. And I want to know if it is good to wake before that REM phase started or in middle of it or after.. Or maybe if its better to wake up before second REM phase.
