I'm affraid, that a nap 12 hour after you wake up from a sleep would not be a nap. But you can try and it may surprise us all.
But since you have such a hectic schedule, I would suggest you go to bed early (9isch) to get as long of a sleep as possible. That would give you a great chance to DILD. And I would step up my MILD/DILD + big time awareness training.
And if you have time on a weekend, a morning nap is a prime time for a WILD/DEILD. What I do is wake up at anytime in the morning, stay up for an hour and lay down for a nap. Very high WILD/DEILD and even DILD success rate.
Since in the morning you are taking a nap during a time when you are other days awake, your mind is already in a higher awareness state and that's one of the reasons why nap at that time is a good choice for any LD.
