Begin non-physical testing (movement free reality checks) like for example imagine holding an Iphone in your hand if you can feel it you know you are dreaming, prepare three typs of non-physical tests and cycle through them 4 times so 12 non-physical tests in total, if you are not dreaming start over from the beggining again and repeat.
