Things beginners can do in a lucid dream

My ideas are too complex and crazy, so I need some good easy ideas.

      Hmm let's see...

      • Fly
      • Eat all your favourite foods
      • Walk through walls and stuff
      • Swim underwater
      • Relax on a cloud
      • Shave your head
      • Punch random people as hard as you can
      • Play around in your neighbours houses
      • Hang out with another you
      • See what happens if you chop off your hand
      • Grow a tail
      • Try and breath fire
      • Jump into a bottomless pit

Tried to think of some easy stuff.

Step 1) look at part of your body. Simply look down and see if you have a body. If you do try to see it move because of your intent. Try moving your hand and seeing it move.

Step 2) intend on going somewhere and move your body there. This should start as simple as walking to some place near by, like across the room or school field. Next try to go some where you can picture, like outside the building you are in or up the stairs at school.

Step 3) Basic summoning. Plan ahead of time on having an object appear somehow in your dream and end up in your hand. My first goal was to hold a sword in my hand. It took at least 3 LDs to work. Set the goal object while you are awake and see if you can do it. Some thing like this, "I will hold a cat in my arms in my next LD"

Step 4) Explore your bodies abilities and try to imagine them greater. Jumping for instance. First just try to actually jump up in the air, then try jumping on to a car, then try jumping over a car.

      Hope those ideas help.

Hmm yea do some basic summoning, and doing simple things that you can achieve easily before moving on to crazier ones. Some of my lucid goals before were outrageous, so lately I've been toning them down. I'd say experiment with different superpowers, or bend elements if you're into that kind of thing. And YES! Dream food is just awesome. Try it out as well. ;D

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

If you think you can do it...just do it! You might believe you won't be able to do something just because you are starting out, but you will never know until you try!

Im trying to create Ki blasts like in Dragon ball Z. Its been somewhat difficult but i managed to do it. Still havent been able to fly really. I want to talk to dream characters that are my friends in real life and see if i can ask them anything that i dont know about them IRL and see what they say.

Hah. I was able to derive the formula below in one of my lucid dreams a year or so ago:

I guess that looks pretty straight forward. Did it have anything to do with your waking life? The math looks reasonable, but does it actually mean anything to you? What about the dual direction of the t (?time?)vector? It does not seem related at all/ Is this just an example of a 'pretty fish?'
