I have three questions regarding Lucid Dreaming: |

Hello |
|
Well jblb mentioned everything |
|
DILD: 9 | MILD: - | DEILD: - | WILD: 2OBE: 3 | AP: -
I can see you sleep through your bedroom window. You're killing yourself with lucid dreaming.
I'll expand on 3: that feeling you get means you are falling asleep. The motion comes from the dream your mind is creating. |

Hi guys, thanks for the replies |

Its possible not to experience hallucinations in SP, although its very rare. Once your in a dream, after stabilizing the dream, start doing small things like telekinesis and walking through walls to get your brain to realize you are in control. Whats is important also is to know that you can do ANYTHING if you truly believe it. If you expect something to happen it will. Thats why in nightmares you think the murderer is going to find you and he always does xD For your third question it sounds like you were having a third person lucid dream. A third person dream is a dream in which you are watching from almost like a bird's eye view. You are simply floating in the air watching events unfold. Any dream in which you know you are dreaming is considered lucid. It was probably just a low quality lucid dream. Hope this helped! |

I must be extremely lucky then |

1. Try to see sleep paralysis as a sneeze, you can't induce it completely on your own it's something that happens naturally. If you sneeze without something irritating your nose, something is wrong. |

Dont forget you can also practice DILD.. no SP, no halluinations...I have had 66 so far since Oct, and practice makes you better. |
