I would recommend you start with one of Stephen LaBerge's books.


Also I was sure nina posted a thread aaaages ago with a massive list of recommended books about LDing, and I was actually reading it the other day, but now I can't find it anymore

yea but ill search more in local bookstores first because shipping would cost more than the book price itself xD

I got 2 great books you can read...

The practical guidebook is a fantastic lucid dreaming book with heaps of techniques to enter and maintain the state. It is available for free download at obe4u.com

The second book I recommend is my own book which goes great with the practical guidebook since I use the techniques and record my results and amazing lucid journey day by day from day one. I also explore techniques from this site and check out heaps of other techniques. Read the reference section of my book which has great experience snippets to find out what parts you actually want to read before reading anything else.
