Actually, you have a great opportunity to practice, check this example:

      - If you spend loads of time in your school, worrying about your school, you have a big chance of the biggest income of memories by the time you go to bed is about your school. So your school is a pretty good dreamsign!

What I would suggest would be practicing:
      Sporadic Awareness Technique By Puffin
MILD Tutorial - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views

Basicly, try to convince yourself that whenever you dream with your school, you will make a reality check. It can make wonders to you if it's the case. In the same way, SAT will help you become more aware, which not only gives you more vivid dreams, but also more chances of becoming lucid with a DILD.

      Goodluck

About sleep, try to have betwen 7.5 and 8 hours of it. Doesn't matter when, aslong is around that amount of time. This is because the more sleep you get, the more chances you have of getting a lucid, especially when using techniques like WBTB or WILD. In theory, you should be going to bed at 21pm but remember it's still entirely possible to have lucid dreams with less than 8 hours of sleep. it's just harder

Trying out MILD? This is how you become skilled at it.
