      Dryspell?

      i had been lucid dreaming a couple times a week steadily, until about a week and a half ago. i have not had one since :/ is it common to have dry spells? do they last very long?

      Very common. Even if a tiny thing changes in your life you can enter a dry spell.
      They can last forever, it's up to you to rectify the problem.

      Read a few dream journals, revise your goals, put more effort into your techniques, try to get some stability in your life.

      Yes, it is common to have them. It depends on you how long they last. Did anything change a week and a half ago?

      I find (and have heard from others) that dry spells happen after a lucid success, you feel that you are on the right tracks, yet the intent to have your first one isn't as high.
      Are you keeping a Dream Journal?
      What techniques are you using? Have you tried All Day Awareness?
      Question why you are on the dryspell

      nothing changed a week and a half ago :/ yeah i'm keeping a dream journal. I try to use WBTB because it is most formitable. i have school early in the morning i haven't tried all day awareness, but thanks for the heads up- I will give it a go!
