      Brain exhaustion

      A bit of a random question but do you guys feel mentally tired after recalling big dreams?
      i know i do, i just wrote down dreams i find interesting in my journal and i feel like just falling asleep.

      I feel the opposite, actually. My big dreams are always exciting, and it gets me excited for the next night's dreams.

      I dunno, maybe this is a personal thing?

      I've never felt brain exhaustion. I dont see how your brain can get tired it's working all the time.

      That's hard to believe. I don't think he means actual physical exhaustion, but instead a point where you are thinking about so much that you just want to drop it all and chill out for a second. More like ehhhhh brain overload?

      When I recall big detailed dreams it usually isn't all at once. I gradually remember more and more throughout the day. Saaaay I'll walk by a stop sign and that will trigger another part of the dream.

      I guess I know what that feeling is. I always thought people's brains were actually getting tired when they say something like that lol
