If you saw any images of Trenčín even in passing, like a quick glance at a billboard, or even a single second while flipping through a book, even if you weren't paying attention your subconsciousness can store that. You might think you've never seen it because your conscious mind doesn't even realize it.

^THIS. It's all about your subconscious. I swear there are plenty of things (And even people with memorable voices) in dreams that I have seen, but I can't recall ever seeing them in real life. Your subconscious mind can throw nearly anything at you, even if you think you've never seen a specific thing/being once.
