Dreams all ending the same way

So recently I've been having weird dreams. They'll all start out completely random, as dreams usually do, the weird part is how they've been ending. Always in darkness and I end up running, feeling scared.

Normally I wouldn't think anything of it but this has been happening every night for the past week or two now with those things staying the same no matter how the dream starts.
      • Darkness
      • I'm running
      • I'm scared
      • There seems to be someone beside me that I don't notice until I wake up and think back to the dream

Most of the time I'm not seeing what I'm running from or why I only know it was something pretty damn bad. My friend (who's into a lot of psychic stuff) has said it seems like a negative energy but I'm wondering first what the completely logical explanation could be. (I'm not overworking or stressed right now). Thanks in advance.

Seeing as all your dreams "end" the same way, they are probably a message from your inner self about the same subject.
I don't think the ending is necessary the vital point. If this were my dreams, I would probably take that as a clue to look for other similarities in these dreams.

You are obviously trying to ignore or get away from a subject in your life. It could be a lifesituation. It could be a person. It could be an emotion.. and so forth.

I don't think you should pay too much attention to people talking about "bad/negative energy".. this is about your own personal life. You have to look at the other elements in your dreams to find out what it is all about. Also it might help you to keep a journal of the things you though were most important about the days before the dreams. As dreams tend to use elements from our daily lives, that might give you a clue.

I'll give you an example to explain it a little bit better:
Let say you have a friend that is constantly bringing just negative attitudes into your life. He/she is always grumpy, looks for flaws in other people, put you down when you like something/someone.
On one level you know you should just drop this friend, but you go back a long time, and you feel guilty about the idea of getting this person out of your life.
      But you know you SHOULD.
These dreams of yours then.. would be you running from the knowledge that you should give your friend a buttkick and tell him/her to sod off, and you are afraid of facing both your guilt and the need to be free of this person. (That's what's behind you). The running is you trying to ignore it. The scared part.. well...
And the darkness would then be what you are gaining from staying in this friendship. More negativity. Less freedom. Less ability to see your own path.

Now this is just an example. I'm not saying it has got anything to do with your dream. It might be something else you are running from. But the outcome of NOT facing your fear.. seems to be darkness. (depression, anger, low selfesteem etc)

You might want to stop running.. and face whatever is hunting you. I have a feeling it may lift the darkness

It's to time to take a look in the mirror and dig into your subconcious.. Or you can just get your running shoes

I love the fact that the dreams have special meanings and try to tell you things / remind you of stuff you forgot or don't want to face.
